Terrenos em Somadinha à venda a partir de Novembro

Os terrenos na zona de Somadinha, à saída da cidade da Ribeira Brava, vão estar a venda a partir do mês de Novembro, sendo que neste momento estão a decorrer os trabalhos de abertura de acessos, o primeiro passo para a infra-estruturação dessa nova área habitacional.
O custo de metro quadrado, já incluindo a infra-estruturação, será o seguinte: lotes com duas fachadas a três mil e quinhentos escudos (3.500$00/m2), lotes com três fachadas a três mil e seiscentos escudos (3.600$00/m2) e lotes com quatro fachadas a três mil e setecentos escudos 3.700$00/m2).
A infra-estruturação consistira na criação de acessos, energia e água no local. Ao contrário do que acontece habitualmente, quem adquirir terreno em Somadinha já vai ter a infra-estruturação da zona, facilitando deste modo a construção e instalação nas suas casas.
O Plano Detalhado da Somadinha está vocacionado sobretudo para a habitação de qualidade e sendo uma zona que fica perto da urbe e muito utilizada como circuito de manutenção física o documento de gestão do território integra uma área de recreio e de manutenção física conjugada com habitação e outros equipamentos sociais.
A futura área habitacional, de cerca de sete hectares de terreno com a disponibilidade de 90 lotes de alto standing com uma qualidade habitacional excelente com vista para o mar para qualquer terreno.
