projecto_agricola.jpgRibeira Brava, 8 Dez. - Enquadrado no Programa de actividades das festas do Município da Ribeira Brava, levou-se a efeito, no dia 3 do corrente, na povoação de Queimadas, o lançamento da obra de requalificação das propriedades agrícolas que foram danificadas por deslizamentos de terra naquela localidade.O acto foi presidido pelo edil Américo Nascimento que aproveitou a ocasião para informar os presentes da solidariedade da Cooperação Portuguesa através do I P A D (Instituto Português de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento) e apelar ao camponês que redobre a sua sensibilidade para com a terra visto que ela é proporcionalmente generosa ao carinho e esmero que recebe de cada agricultor. Informações técnicas foram também apresentadas pelo Engenheiro Adilson Melício, Delegado do Ministério do Ambiente, Desenvolvimento Rural e recursos Marinhos, também vereador da Câmara Municipal, que também explicou aos presentes a forma de recuperação dos terrenos maltratados pelas cheias.
