Água trás felicidade à população de Canto Fajã

A água já jorra em mais de trinta casas de Canto Fajã, para alegria da população local.

A Câmara Municipal continua a árdua tarefa de atingir 90 a 95% de casas com água canalizada, segundo a meta traçada pela edilidade da Ribeira Brava, para o corrente mandato que já está na sua recta final.

Nas zonas rurais não tem sido fácil executar esse projecto devido à dispersão das casas, onerando o programa de levar água as diferentes zonas do município, com uma forte componente rural. Contudo, as ligações domiciliárias continuam e o programa municipal de água está sendo concretizado, inclusive com algumas localidades com 100% de água a domicilio.
