A Câmara Municipal aprovou, a 28 de Agosto, na sua 2ª reunião ordinária, a diminuição do custo das licenças de construção civil em 20 por cento durante um período de um ano.

 


Ainda nesta reunião foram tomadas outras medidas, todas com o intuito de dar novos incentivos à economia do município, quais sejam, a concessão de lotes de terreno, por aforamento, para construção de habitação própria, a jovens e famílias de baixa renda nas zonas de Belém e Preguiça.


Quem ainda não pagou o Imposto único sobre Património (IUP), vulgarmente conhecido por décima, também terá a oportunidade de pagar as dívidas relativas ao ano de 2011 com um desconto de 20 por cento e com as taxas de juros eliminadas.


O desconto no pagamento do IUP vai ser válido até 31 de Dezembro do ano corrente, sendo que, logo após esta data, a cobrança será efectuada de acordo com a lei.
