Preguiça vai ter Plano Detalhado

A comunidade piscatória de Preguiça, no concelho da Ribeira Brava, vai ter o seu Plano Detalhado visando promover o turismo na zona que foi, em tempos, a porta de entrada na ilha de São Nicolau.

 


O pedido de autorização para a elaboração deste instrumento de gestão urbanística vai ser solicitado ao Ministério do Ambiente, Habitação e Ordenamento do Território (MAHOT) no próximo mês de outubro.


O Plano Detalhado (PD) de Preguiça está enquadrado no Plano de Desenvolvimento Municipal, que por sua vez está em fase de ratificação por parte do Governo.


A ocasião servirá também para requerer um novo PD para a zona de Chã de Norte, com vista a dar continuação à expansão desta área habitacional.
