A partir de hoje entram em vigor novas medidas de reforma no funcionamento da Câmara Municipal visando tornar a instituição cada vez mais competitiva e dinâmica no contexto de crise mundial que se vive actualmente e ao qual Cabo Verde, São Nicolau, e no caso concreto, Ribeira Brava não ficam alheios.
Para que a autarquia seja capaz de atender e dar vasão às solicitações dos munícipes, o presidente da Câmara, Américo Nascimento, entende que é impreterível que estas medidas sejam cumpridas e assim melhorar o doing business na Ribeira Brava com efeitos na economia local.
Deste modo, a aprovação de projectos de construção tem um prazo máximo de 15 (quinze dias) e a concessão de licenças de construção tem igual prazo.
Igualmente, a venda de terreno da Câmara Municipal obedece a um prazo máximo até 20 (vinte) dias, assim como o aforamento de terrenos da Câmara Municipal deve ser no prazo máximo até 20 (vinte) dias;
O prazo para a obtenção das declarações de condição de emigrante para abertura de conta bancária é de 01 (um) dia;
Faz parte do conjunto de medidas outras novidades como:
Inscrição na matriz: prazo de 01 (um) dia;
Emissão de Atestados – 1 dia, ou seja, o documento pode ser recebido no dia seguinte à da sua solicitação;
Emissão de certidão matricial - prazo máximo de 3 (três) dias;
Emissão de planta de localização, prazo máximo de 03 (três) dias;
Licenciamento comercial – prazo máximo de 30 (trinta) dias;
Renovação de licença comercial: prazo de 01 (um) dia.
