Festival do Teatro da Ribeira Brava começa hoje

As noites de hoje e de amanhã vão ser dedicados ao teatro. É que o cineteatro São José recebe 9 grupos teatrais dos municípios da Ribeira Brava e do Tarrafal vão subir ao palco naquela que será a I Edição do Festival de Teatro da Ribeira Brava.
O Centro da Juventude e a Câmara Municipal estão juntos neste evento que pretende impulsionar o teatro no e dar oportunidade aos jovens e não só de mostrarem o seu trabalho a nível do teatro.
Por outro lado a ideia é trazer o teatro para a ribalta relembrando, assim como se fazia nos velhos tempos já que a realização do certame permitiu fazer um inventário dos grupos de teatro existentes no concelho e que sem dúvida é um número muito satisfatório.
Numa verdadeira maratona do teatro, cada grupo terá meia hora para estar em palco e impressionar fazendo aquilo que sabe fazer de melhor, representar.
A abertura oficial acontece às 19:00horas e o primeiro grupo actua às 19:30 horas.
Hoje vão estar em cena os grupos Flôr do Vale (Talho), Pranta Pé (Morro), Grupo Teatral de Lompelado e o grupo Nova Onda (Campinho).
Amanhã será a vez do grupo da escola secundária Pedro Corsino de Azevedo (Tarrafal), Grupo Teatral de Cabeçalinho, do grupo Ptchê Parloa (Estância de Braz), Grupo Teatral Jovens Esperança (Tarrafal) e do Grupo Teatral Beleza (Caleijão) mostrarem as suas proezas.
Dada a importância do evento, o festival já é ponto da agenda cultural da Câmara Municipal que pretende, a partir de agora, institucionalizar o certame, em parceria com o Centro da Juventude.
Paralelamente ao festival, a autarquia vai promover uma formação a nível do teatro que terá a duração de uma semana, ministrada pelo actor mindelense Jorge Ramos.
