CMRB assina contrato para execução dos Planos Detalhados da Preguiça e Somadinha

A Câmara Municipal da Ribeira Brava assinou hoje, com a CETURBE, os contratos de execução dos Planos Detalhados da Preguiça e da zona de Somadinha, acto que simboliza passos concretos e importantes no ordenamento do território do município da Ribeira Brava.
O que edilidade pretende é que o PD da zona de Preguiça seja mais virado para o turismo ligado ao mar de modo a transformar as potencialidades turísticas da zona em acções concretas, representando por isso uma planificação do turismo do município com olhos postos no futuro.
Já o Plano Detalhado da Somadinha será vocacionado sobretudo para a habitação de qualidade e que tire o maior proveito da sua panorâmica voltada para o mar.
Sendo uma zona que fica perto da urbe e muito utilizada como circuito de manutenção física o futuro documento de gestão do território poderá também integrar uma área de recreio e de manutenção física conjugada com habitação e outros equipamentos sociais.
À assinatura do contrato antecedeu uma reunião com os técnicos da CERTURBE que para a troca de ideias sobre os dois documentos de gestão e ordenamento territorial, tendo em conta que a empresa já está familiarizada com a orografia do concelho já que executou o Plano Director Municipal (PDM) da Ribeira Brava.
O prazo de execução dos Planos Detalhados, orçados em cércea de 5 mil contos, é de três meses. Antes da sua redacção final e aprovação, seguir-se-ão as fases de caracterização e diagnóstico das propostas e de consulta pública.
Para Américo Nascimento esta é uma oportunidade para as pessoas de terem espaços condignos para construírem os seus empreendimentos, quer seja casa para casa própria quer seja para projectos ligados ao turismo, no território municipal que se quer ordenado.
O município da Ribeira Brava já tem o seu Plano Director Municipal que foi aprovado em Fevereiro do ano passado. Para além esse documento existe também o Esquema de Regional do Ordenamento do Território (EROT) para a ilha de São Nicolau.
