Glamour e requinte na Homenagem a Leontina Fortes

A Gala de Vozes Femininas em homenagem a Leontina Fortes, vencedora do concurso nacional Talento Strela, foi marcada por muito glamour e requinte, numa cerimónia que esteve à altura da homenageada e dos presentes.
Com muito estilo, um desfile de moda deu início ao evento. Com a reciclagem como pano de fundo, dez modelos desfilaram com classe de profissional, com roupas produzidas por Matias Antunes que revelou, mais uma vez, ser um verdadeiro artista.
Suportadas por uma banda toda ela composta por jovens do município e com o precioso apoio de Kim Alves, Leontina Fortes, Tête Alhinho, Lucibela Santos e Sara Alhinho fizeram as delícias do público que por várias vezes se levantou para aplaudir estas quatro senhoras de talento nato.
A solo, em dueto e todas juntas, as cantoras tiveram no seu repertório músicas conhecidas do público, desde mornas a coladeiras a estilos típicos de artistas como Vadu, falecido há alguns anos.
O momento alto da noite foi a entrega de um diploma de reconhecimento a Leontina Fortes. Das mãos do edil da ribeira brava, Américo Nascimento, que enalteceu a prestação da jovem no concurso de vozes Talento Strela e a sua permanente contribuição na elevação da cultura do concelho e da ilha, já que Leontina tem sido presença constante em noites culturais.
Para o ano, assegurou o vereador da Cultura, Carlos Barbosa, fica expressa a vontade da Câmara Municipal da Ribeira Brava em promover mais uma Gala de Vozes Femininas e quem sabe de outros talentos, pois o que não falta são artistas em potencial.
