Munícipes da zona de Campinho Norte já têm água a Domicílio

Os moradores da zona de Campinho Norte já têm água canalizada em suas casas desde quarta-feira, depois de um esforço conjunto entre a edilidade e esses munícipes que deram o seu contributo para que a água a domicílio fosse uma realidade.
Contam-se pelos dedos das mãos as pessoas que vivem nesse cantinho do município mas é incomensurável a sua alegria aquando da inauguração. Exemplo disso é a dona Rosita, ou tia Djita como é carinhosamente chamada, que disse ser uma felicidade, aos 80 anos estar a abrir a torneira da sua casa e ter água.
“A idade já não permite ir buscar água nem as curtas, muito menos a longas distâncias. E ter esse bem precioso na rede significa muito para mim”, disse a senhora cujas palavras foram aplaudidas por outros moradores, quer da mesma idade, quer mais jovens.
Por seu turno, o presidente da Câmara, Américo Nascimento parabenizou os moradores pelo seu envolvimento no processo, pois tendo consciência que o desenvolvimento depende de todos, deram o seu contributo e hoje a água em suas casas é uma realidade.
A adução de água à zona de Campinho Norte enquadra-se no programa da edilidade para levar água a domicílio a todas as zonas do concelho estando já esta cifra acima dos 85 por cento.
O objectivo é ter os 100 por cento até o final do mandato, em 2016.
