O Director Nacional das Artes e o Vereador da Cultura, João Paulo Brito e Carlos Barbosa, respectivamente reuniram-se no final da semana passada com os representantes dos grupos oficiais do Carnaval para preparar a IV Edição do Fórum Nacional Carnaval, evento que vai acontecer de 02 a 05 de Novembro.

 


No encontro estive sob a mesa a programação do certame que envolve os fazedores do Carnaval a nível nacional e também participantes do estrangeiro, sendo que o Brasil repete a participação e a Guiné Bissau estreia-se.
À semelhança das edições anteriores vai haver muita troca de experiencia entre Cabo Verde, Brasil e Guiné-Bissau através de palestras, oficinas e espectáculos vários sempre à volta do Carnaval.
Um Carnaval fora de época vai fechar em grande com um Carnaval fora de época.
A IV Edição do Fórum Nacional do Carnaval, uma iniciativa do Ministério da Cultura em parceira com as autarquias locais e grupos de carnaval da ilha de São Nicolau, daí que as actividades vão estar divididas entre os dois municípios.
