Ribeira Brava, 12 Out - O Presidente da Câmara Municipal da Ribeira Brava, Dr. Américo Nascimento, entregou, na passada quinta-feira, materiais didácticos aos alunos das escolas do Calejão, Belém e Morro Brás.

Numa acção conjunta com a Câmara geminada de Abrantes, aquele edil fez a entrega a cada aluno das referidas escolas, um enxoval escolar. Convém frisar que todos esses alunos (72) são apadrinhados por naturais de Abrantes em resposta a um convite lançado pelo presidente Nascimento. Os contactos entre padrinhos e afilhados vêm sendo estabelecidos por cartas, desenhos ou composições, estreitando as relações de amizade que unem os Municípios de Abrantes e Ribeira Brava.
